whats the voltage/amp on a stock 90p/u 22re alternator, and can i increase the size?

I believe it is 60 amps stock and probably something like 13.2 volts. THeres a writeup in the articles that shows how to swap a 105 amp chevy s10 alternator in. if you wanted to keep the same alternator you could try here. 4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/alternator/

i bought a remanufactured 105amp GM alternator for $50 at the parts store, and my friend and i made the new brackets to fit my 83 22r motor. With a longer belt to fit the new alternator, it was $65 and about 4 hours of work. Wireing it to the trucks harness was simple, the new alt even came with a diagram.
