Does anyone know if there is a tool that makes turning the dial on manual hubs easier when engaging and disengaging that fits the stock Asisin hubs? If so where can it be obtained?

No just your fingers. They shouldn't be that hard to turn.

A buddy of mine made a tool for it out of a piece of PVC and it was easy to make, just get a big enough T shaped piece of pvc and at the bottom of it cut a notch to fit on the hub, but deadlypeace is right they shouldnt be that hard to turn..
