I have a 1994 toyota pickup with a stock 22re I am wondering what kind of cam I should put in it for that extra bit of torque without having to replace alot of other parts anyone have any advice?thanks!

Depends on what type of truck you want. Is your truck a daily driver? If so, you are going to want something close to stock to a mild cam. I dont know the exact size itd be but I believe you can check out Downey or LC Engineering and theres probably a few others.

Go with a header instead. I have a engine builder RV cam and didnt really notice any difference. Not worth all the swap time unless you are doing a rebuild. The header and mild exhaust on the other hand really awoke my little 4 popper. I think its the best bang for the buck.

Pretty much any other mod you can do will be stifled somewhat by stock exhaust and manifold(s).
