The front passenger side of my 1994 Toyota Truck is lower than the rest of my truck. Is this a shock issue or something much worse? Your expertise is appreciated.

Its probly a torsion bar. It could be worn out or just needs some adjusting

Probably the torsion bar. Measure from center hub to the fender on both sides to find out how much its leaning. Jack up the front end, and turn the bolt on the back of the passenger side torsion bar a few times clockwise. Let it down, settle the suspension, and measure again. Repeat until its even. This should buy you some time, but the torsion bar is probably fatiguing. I did this to my truck and it lasted 3 years.
