I have a problem i cant seem to figure out. My alternator went bad in my 93 truck with a 22re. I replaced it with a brand new one and thought that would be then end of it. Now anytime i put a sudden drain on the system ( hit the brakes which lights up the brake lights, turn on my headlights, use the turn signals) my volt meter on my dash drops way low then goes back to normal . If the radio is on it seems like it skips like a CD , if the head lights are on they go dim,but only for a split second. it doesn't seem to be a big deal now but its quite annoying and isn't right so id like to fix it . The alt. is charging good , the battery is in good health according to my tester ( readings are a little low but is good), and my motor to body ground is good as is my battery to body ground . Anyone with any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Either the alt or the batt is bad. Just because you put in a new alt does't mean it's good. Rebuilt alts can be bad right out of the box.
