the revtek lift costs about $450... its a 3" susp lift, or you could do a 3" body lift for about $100

If I were you I would go with a 3" Cornfed lift (cornfedsuspension.com) Highly recommended by TTORA.com. For about 375$ shipped you get everything you need - spacers,add-a-leaf,rear shocks (bilstein 5100's),diff drop kit, and all the bolts. Talk with Dave - he is a member of TTORA (Tacoma web site) and is a great guy to work with - check out both sites for more info. Later Rob

Yeah -Dave makes a real great product, and is extremely easy to install. Also - the spacer is highly quality billet aluminum (i believe) so its not going the wear out and loose its lift. Later Rob

I truly believe that Dave has the best 3" lift system availible for tacos I've seen a few different set ups and Dave's fit better and look as if the factory put it on. mine was suposed to be done already but got on one of those side trails but we are back on the right one and it goes on next month hopefully before the TOR trail ride. 3 of the 4 guy's I tread with have cornfed lifts and all 3 have not one complaint or thought of changing

Thanks guys okay go with the 3inch cornfed lift. best spacer lift for the price, or the daystar 2.5 lift. if you want looks and a better ride then some saws will be a nice difference. red

Wish I would have found this place before I put my lift on, 3" Revtek coil lift. Not real happy Found that I have a little coil fatigue Need help on what I should do. The fatigue is causing front end sag and make my 32's rub I have a 00' TRD taco, 3.4L power plant. Also I have just learned of the front diff drop, need some info on that subject as well. Thanks for the help, TRDTacoma

Does anybody know if the Revtek 3" lift comes with the front diff drop brackets? I am not sure but I think that it does. If it does should I install the brakets? I have been asking around about the diff drop brakets but have not really got a straight answer on weather or not they are reliable? I need some questions answered please help.

I guess where I am going with this is, I do believe that the Revtek kit comes with the diff drop bracket. But what I want to know is do I have to put it on the truck??
And most of all does it have any effect on the truck being lifted? Does it raise or lower the front end? Would this make my 32's stop rubbing??
Please help!!!

It is not required to put on the truck.....however....if you don't want extra wear and tear on your A.D.D it's a good idea. What that diff drops do is correct the IFS diff to keep the original designed steering geometry. If you add three inches to the suspension imagine the different angles you are placing on your A.D.D system. I don't believe the diff drop will help in any way with your rubbing problem.....getting stiffer springs, or a small body lift would be just about the only correction I would think for that one. Could you possibly talk to revtek and see what they can do about the spring fatigue.....that would be my first action.

Which lift kit are you going to install if you go with cornfed stick with factory coils dave's spacers are designed for them if you go with another copmpany I would go with the old man emu I've heard good things about them however I can say this I've seen both set ups now and I def believe cornfed is a far better set up than revtek's cornfed's spacers are a better fit and the diff drop spacer is far more superior than revtek's and it costs less or mabey I'm bias but I like helping out the little companies
