Hi guys,
I have a 95 Tacoma 4WD 4 cylinder 2.7, i just went from sea level to 3000 ft elevation and my truck has next to no power at the high elevation. When i go back to sea level i have all my power back. What can i do to keep my power at higher elevations. Timing adjustment??? PLease help me.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it short of forced induction. Advancing the timing might help, but wouldn't be worth it IMHO.
Best solution is a supercharger, which is neither cheap nor easy....
