I have talked to a couple of people and they tell me that if I put a 33" tire on my tacoma I will lose a lot of power. I have a 97 ext cab 4x4 v-6. I was going to go with a 3" lift and 32 or 33. I just don't want to lose any power.

i have 33's on my 2.7 and the power loss isnt that bad lowend but you can tell topend... if you dont want to lose power, throw in some gears

having the v-6 you shouldn't lose to much power maybe on long or steep hills cause I've wheeled with lifted and he didn't have any prob keeping up and I know 4xfred doesn't have a hard time moving his 4runner on 33's and a 3.0 v-6 I have the 2.7 manual and 31's will have 33's in a couple of weeks
