hey guys I have a 99 taco and I want to convert to the manual warn hubs. Could I do this?

the conversion is pretty expenisve. When i worked at the 4x4 shop we put one on and the kit was about a grand. i think it might be cheaper to find a taco in a junk yard and source teh parts there. Also my friend did the conversion atthe shop and he said all the parts appeared to be stock toyota parts. you may be able to source them loclally

Drew thanks for responding. After reading your reply, I looked up on the web and found Off Road Solutions has the kit for 1000.00 and says 8 hours on their clock. Had no idea. They give a detailed account of the procedure and gave an update and says everything is fine and working well. Also says this is the way it should come from the factory. I agree. I am going to convert my 89 project to manual Thanks again Paul
