Dealer wants $200 for window switch!!

My 99 tacoma TRD has had a problem with the auto-down switch drivers side.

I called up the dealer to get a new switch and they told me they only sell the entire kit with switch, window regulator, etc.

Is this true?!?!? you can't even replace a simple switch without getting and entire new set-up? I'm not sure if the parts guy is unfamiliar or if in fact toyota does not offer this very small and replaceable piece.
Anyone know for sure??

Thanks for the offer hoodlum, but now I need to replace a power steering hose and left inner tie-rod, so my moneys going to get those items first, yikes!!
