I have a 1999 Toy Tacoma. My airbag light stays on after the checks. Plus my horn and cruise control dont work. What can I do to fix this problem. Any help

The air bag light could mean that there is a problem with the pre-tensioner on the seat belts which is very common with tacomas mine has been the same way for over a year all I did is took apart the guages and put a piece of black tape behind it so I can't see it anymore It didn't fix it but I'm going with a harness set up so the factory stuff is useless to me but to answer your Q the pre-tensioner/s will have to be replaced and the problem with your horn and cruise cntrl go through both fuse panels it's probably a fuse or two if not a fuse then I'm not sure yet
