Muffler size and inlet/outlet positioning

i have an 04 tacoma trd v6. i was wanting to put a new muffler on it. im going with a 2.5" in/out magnaflow muffler. I was wondering what inlet/outlet position i should use. ie. center/center, center/offset, etc... that i can take to a shop and get put straight up. thanks in advance for the info.

center / center hemi type of muffler . they are round for space efficiency.. what you think..

the doubble off-set is what fits the easiest without bending pipes it will prety much weld right in place
