if your looking for HP gain the first thing I would do is get rid of the clutch fan for a Flex-a-lite electric fan(I'm still mad at myself for not doing this first) then do a cat back for this I would contact LC Engineering check the link sec of this board

What does this do for us poor bastards with factory warrenty??? Just guessing its not good. I've heard some dealers/fact shop are a little forgiving. I know from my 94 22re that the fan is a power hog. I know from start-up and test drive of the 04 its the same story. More like a friggin windmill than a fan. Maybe I can harness the wind power and eliminate the alternator??? Stew

Stew for the warranty issue first talk to the service manager and see what they are leanient on like our service manager for instance doesn't mind anything about exhaust set ups up to 3" lifts larger tires that are within reason throttle body spacers and intakes. It all depends on the idividual. You should hear them in deep water they sound like small motor boats.

Sorry, but couldn't hear my beautiful exhaust note the last time I was under water. The water rushing in the passenger window grabbed all of my attention. That and the water shooting up my ass from the drain plug behind the seat I mysteriously misplaced... But. I'll fart in the bath tub tonight if it makes you feel better Wait... were you talking about the trucks or the service managers under water Stew
