I was wondering what cold air intake kit gives the most power in these pickups. I just got my new taco a week ago. I had a K&N FIPK in another pickup and was pleased. I could not find stats on all of the kits, K&N was the only one with a dyno chart. I know that AEM, Airraid, and volant all make them. Sorry if this has already been discussed, the search isn't working. Thanks in advance.

I've only used one intake before and it was the K&N one but now that I have a ARB snorkle. I believe the snorkle is a better air ram than any of the intakes they maybe a little more $ but it's also great for off-road purposes as well. just my .02

I heard that when you make a significant change to something like the air-intake that the engine computer takes a couple of days <> to adjust itself.
But, is that the way it works? That the engine computer will adjust itself and do that adjustment ok?
Any changes if you're going to be driving in the mountains?

Sometimes when I'm going to one of my wheeling areas. I'll get to the higher elevations and my CE light comes on. But if I stop for a break for like 15 min or so when I crank her up the light turns off and it runs great.
