Hi Folks, I'm hoping someone here can help me with running an RG-58 Coax Cable for my CB antenna from my toolbox into the cab to my radio (Hopefully without too much drilling if any). Are there any pre-drilled holes for something like this in the back of the cab? I'd like to avoid going through the firewall if possible. Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated Also, below is a picture of my installed CB just under the radio. Though some of you might like to know that the "Cobra 18 WX ST II Mobile CB" fit like a glove for my install. I was even able to use the standard bracket that came with the radio to hold the CB in place. Check it out:

the CB install looks good! as for the hole for the cable i'm not sure. i would just get under the truck and see if there were any cab drain hole on the back corners of the cab. on my 85,93 and other year trucks i've had there has been drain holes on the back corners of the cab at the bottom. hope this helps! later!

Take off the interior rear trim panel there should be a grommet for the wireing that goes to the tail lights for trailer hook ups

Thanks for the help. Where and what does the rear trim panel look like?

The interior trim that covers the sheetmetal at the back of the cab. You take the screws out remove trim board then carefully remove the carpet like panel. Or you can take your floor carpet out and there are drain plugs. But going this route is easier but water and mud can find their way through.
