is it possible to swap these two with out too much trouble? what would I need to get this job done?
my friend has a beat 2.7 that has some blow by and would like to upgrade to a 3.4
does he just need the ecu and engine or does he need more?
thanks

I'm not certain as far as the t-case weather it will match up or if you'll need an adapter.

You could rebuild the 2.7 when you strip it down take the block to a machine shop and have them deck it .20 DO NOT have them bore it just have the cylinders honed. Boring the 2.7 isn't a good idea you don't gain enough to give up the durability. Have the head ported and decked .10(just enough to true the mounting surface) You'll be amazed at what the 2.7 is capable of.
