I just order my new clutch i also got the pressure plate and the alignment tool i was wondering is it worth it to change the throwout bearing as well and if i do should i go aftermarket or is it ok just to go pick one up at auto zone i decided on the Centerfroce antifricition clutch kit that is "90% more eeffective" so will the oem throwout bearing still work?

Def change both the throw out and the pilot bearings. They should be changed everytime you do a clutch. And be careful when mating the tranny to the motor don't force it or slam them together it can be easy to damage the pilot bearing.(I've done this already) OEM will be fine. I've never used anything else(for toyotas) except for Marlin Crawlers and he uses OEM throw out bearings or at least they look exactly like factory anyway.

You might also go ahead and resurface the flywheel and replace the main seal. It is a very easy job when the tranny is out. The seal is like 4-10 bucks and the flywheel resurface depends on what a shop charges. I had a buddy at a machine shop do it for $20 "under the counter". By the by if you have problems getting the old pilot bearing out, you can try the grease "hydraulic" pressure trick, but I end up using a bearing puller. Sometimes they can be a PITA. Good luck...
