What does the Diff drop kits for a 2002 tacoma v6 consist of? I've looked at a few kits online and it just looks like a bolt with a washer on it?? is their somthign else to it then that?? I'm putting a custom 3" lift on my truck sunday and I would like to lower my diff. So if i can just go buy a bolt I'm going to. Please i need a quick feedback on this oine thnx.

It is a bolt with a nylon lock nut and a 1" alloy spacer.

how long of a bolt?? so i can just go buy a grade 8 bolt and stack some washers up to an inch and get the same result?? I just need to know how long of a bolt to buy. thnx for the help

Manual Hub conversion?? what would that do for me?? the cv axels would still bind wouldn't they?

ADD set-ups are very hard on cv's.The hubs are always semi-locked and when you enguage 4wd they go to full lock.Basically they are always turning where as the manual set-ups are fully dis-enguaged when unlocked there is nothing turning while in 2wd therefore less stress.(hope this made sense) ;D
