I have a 96' taco with the v6 in it and I want to fit some 33X 12.50 in tires on it. I have been looking into the skyjacker and the pro comp lift kits. I know that neither is the top of the line best lift kit but I was wondering which is better. www.4wheelparts.com/PDT55371.aspx The Skyjacker kit is only 2.5 -3 inches but is half the price. I like how it comes with replacement rear springs instead of blocks like the Pro Comp. www.4wheelparts.com/PDT1870.aspxThe Pro Comp is a 4 inch lift but is pretty expensive. I was just wondering if anyone has the Skyjacker lift and if it has decent flex. Or anyone with the Pro comp lift that has some feedback would be nice. Anyways which do you guys think I should go with. I also want to go witha 15x8 or 15x10 inch rim. Would either of those work or would the 15x10 rub.

sounds like 2 different kinds of lifts. one lifts like s coilspacer but uses coilovers to lift instead of a spacer while the more expensive one has drop brackets. i would go with the cheaper one it will ride better.

I have decided to go with the 3" skyjacker. I was just wondering if I put shackles on the rear to get an extra inch but what options do i have on getting and extra inch of lift in the front on top of the coilovers?
