Taco Upgrade/Repair Questions

hey guys, I'm new to the site and have some questions for my fellow Tacoma boys. i have a silver 96 regular cab ..... 3 in lift with 10.50x33 bfg mud terrains and a pre runner light bar on the bumper(alittle jiggly on my stock thin bumper but thats a question for you). i keep her looking nice of course its my daily driver.

1.what size tubing would you suggest for fabricating some front and rear bumpers. plans or advise would help too.

2. i have a cracked taillight and the other has some paint on it from a fender repair. keep um stock or is there some good after market ones?

3. a black windshield wiper bolt/nut cover if anyone ones what I'm talking about and has one ill take it.

4. my struts are going bad because of the coil spacer disc thats in there so i was gunna get new struts but i didn't know if i had any options. besides a solid axle which i cant afford.

5. what is a good cat back to put on without waking the neighbors or breaking the bank.... if too expensive ill have to get just a muffler.

1.75 or 2" diameter are the two most commonly used for the tubing

Need more info for this one but if it's mostly a DD try Old Man Emu they have some very nice products and give a great ride.

Just get the high flow cat replacement and pick a muffler. I have the Flowmaster but it's a little on the loud side.
