2002 Tocoma

Im thinking about buying a 2002 Tocoma 4+4 with 80000 miles fully loaded,They are asking 12500 does this sound like a good deal to anyone.
If I get it that means that Im going to have to sell My 1994 4+4 toyota truck with 112000 miles what would be a good asking price for that.

First of all might get a better response in the tacoma section, but ill be nice.

Sounds like a good price to me, in the PNW when I was looking I couldnt find one for anywhere near that so I went with a 4runner(similar miles ect as a taco, but cost less) But a lot of the price thing depends on location.....
