i just found some trails right near my house in wells, Maine. there old colonial trails. all legal just not maintained my the town. theres a couple river crossings and some hill climbs. enough mud to make you smile and some good rock crawling here and there. theres a few trails in this one area and they all connect so its fun just to cruise around. from one end to the other is about a 30 minute run but to do them all its a good few hours. spring time will be the best time to play in the bogs. ill post if i find anymore in the southern maine area. ill post pics soon of it!

Lived in Maine for 6 yrs when first married. LOTS of trails everywhere!!
Those were the days. Here in PA, trails (legal) are few and far between.

I only know the Wells and Bath areas. Bath is farther north I have family that still lives there. My great uncle has something to do with the shipyard there.

That's a bit southerly.
We lived about an hour and a half north of Portland. Logging trails and roads out the azz.
