Anybody ever checked out the any of the Wild Life Mangagement areas in WV? Some of them say that they have designated four wheel drive trails.

My friends and I go to George Washington National Forest near the WVA-VA boarder. Thats all old hunting trails and park service trails. Nothing to hairy, just a good time.

The GWNF is a fun place to play around...depending on which ranger district you are in there are different types of trails. Some are muddy, creeks, rocks. I used to go up and play around up in Edinburg, up through the gap there. THeres an 8 mile trail that runs up and down the mtn. Its passable stock, just a rough slow ride if you dont feel like tearing ball joints, wheel bearings, and torsion bars up.

Bowshtr, would you like to set up a trip to GWNF soon. I just repaired the front end of my truck and hooked up a new belly skid plate that I'm ready to try out. Let me know...

Yea man..that might be possible. I wouldnt mind takin the OL IFS out for one more shot at the trails before i start my SAS. If we do it it would have to be here pretty soon, as in a few weeks. Where in the GWNF would you wanna run? I guess shoot me a PM and we can figure something out or start a thread for another GWNF trip.
