Eastcoast 4runner Jambo 06 Aug 18th-20th

The East Coast 4Runner Jamboree '06 will be held from August 18-20 at Paragon Adventure Park in Hazleton, PA.

Mark your calendars, and schedule your time off from work now!

For those who have been before you know the deal. Hopefully this year will be the biggest ever. Planning got started sort of late, but things are underway and more info will be coming by the end of the week.

For those who haven't been and may not have heard about it, this event is pretty informal and is open to anybody with a 4WD Toyota, stock condition or highly modified. There will be guided trail rides each day for all skill levels, from first timers with shiny paint to old veterans with complete tube buggies.

More details will be coming soon, but here is some basic info:

*Cost will be $35 for one day, $60 for two days, and $80 for all three. (This is the park entrance fee only. There is no fee to attend the event).

*There will be a raffle of some sort (details are still being sorted out). There will be some pretty good prizes donated by national vendors and local shops.

*Camping will be about 10 minutes from the park at Red Ridge Lake Campground. Their usual rates will apply.

Good deal I'm glad Eric and you folks at EC4WD are geting a great run together. I unfortunatly will not be attending this I'll be away on vacation that week and this event is on my B-Day. If we come home early I'll make it. I like Eric and the couple of others I've wheeled with from your club they are a great bunch. Eric is a wheeling machine!! He's about the only guy I know that wheels every wknd and then some and drive's one hell of a Toyota truggy.

See the July issue of Four Wheeler magazine (on the news stands now) for an article on last years jamboree, held at Rausch Creek Offroad Park.

This years will be much bigger, as we are spreading the word farther in advance.

OK, that's one of the reasons I'm heading up early, too get some spots. Maybe in the middle area (sorta below and behind the main area).

I just got around to using it, and a dual case x-member and skid plate was sitting on my porch when I got back from the Make-A-Wish run last nite
My single case BudBuilt will be in the 4Sale section soon. ;D

Well I gave it some thought and decided that Sproul is there all year and the Jambo is only once a year and I know Eric and the folks have put alot of effort into this years run so I changed my vacation around and I will be attending this years 4runner Jambo. I also believe that 4xfred is going as well.
