[glow=red,2,300]A TOTAL BLAST[/glow] This event was def the best one I've been to yet. Got to finaly meet fourwd1 we were in the same group for two of the days and had a great time. On Sun me and 4xfred met a guy wearing one of our shirts and it turns out he isn't a member but has gotten some info for his build up of his 99 4runner. We wheeled with him for the final day. And hope to wheel with Brian and his wife Tracy again soon. My carnage report one bent slider, sheared center pin to a leaf pack on Sat. And a BIG THANK YOU to all that helped out with parts, tools and labor fourwd1 for some tools Rocktoy our trail boss for having a glove box full of center pins, Terry from Del. for his labor efforts, Frank for the use of his CO2 tank and I don't remember who's air gun I used so many people offered one I can't remember who's I actually used but Thanks and 4xfred for doing the hard part of busting it loose. I would also like to thank Jay from Arizona who flew in Thur. night and rode with us for two of the days and god only knows how many pics he took. Jay is one hell of a nice guy and hope to wheel with him again some time. Our guides were great excellent trail selections on all three days( day one Jason, day 2 Randy and the final day was 4xfred). On Sun 4 xfred stepped up and guided our group on the final day and for never wheeling at this place he did a great job

It was a good time. I didn't break anything, which has to be a first. Front diff drain plug worked it's way out, but it was a quick fix. Did a lot of Paragon trails I hadn't done before, including a low rated black that appeared fairly easy, but turned out to be much more difficult than it was rated (turns out it was a competition trail at one time). Jay gave me some spotting advice and I hit it. Turns out the begining, which we thought was the hard part, was actually the easy part. The rest was straight down hill followed by a sharp turn and a long rocky climb uphill, with no room for errors. 4xfred said he got some good video, I can't wait to see it. Jay said he got some good shots too. BTW, Jay from Arizona is Jay Kopycinski, a writer for FOUR WHEELER magazine. He is well known in the Toyota rock crawling world and builds some serious trucks. He covered the Jambo at RC last year and the article appeared in the July 06 issue. A real nice guy. Bud R. from BudBuilt was coming, but couldn't at the last minute. He donated some gift certificates again this year for the raffle. If you've never met him, he's very helpful and his stuff is really heavy duty, and the prices and service are excellent ! Also got to meet and wheel with Hoodlum and 4xfred. We had a great time. Glad to see you made it home OK Hoodlum.

He covered the Jambo at RC last year and the article appeared in the July 06 issue. A real nice guy. No kidding! He seemed to keep somewhat low key and was running all over to get pics and at times was extremely close to the action. He told me his name and it seemed familure to me but I never put it together. Way cool. I'm very pleased to have met him he is def the kind of people you like to be around just an all around good person. He gave me a few pointers on rock crawling and since I'm new to this part of off-roading it was def greatly appreciated.(I have trouble laying off the skinny pedal) ;D Also got to meet and wheel with Hoodlum and 4xfred. We had a great time. Glad to see you made it home OK Hoodlum. And back at you Bro. pics will be up as soon as I can get them downloaded

;D Went Wheelin'!! ;D One absolutely AWESOME time! There's no place I'd rather have been. I can't really add to what's been said. Thanks to the sponsors(Budbuilt, Trailgear & Inchworm). I just hope that anybody who "considered it" gets moving for next year. I'll post back w/some pics as soon as I can. Later...

;D I appreciate the kind words from everybody. BUT THERE"S NO NEED! I had a blast. Granted, by the time we made it back to camp on Sun., I was ready to go home. By the time we left camp, I was asking "When's next years Jambo?!" Later...
