About a year ago I ripped out the old naga hide looking flooring cause it sucked. well I got sick of looking at the bare floor so I decided to bedliner it. It worked out great I sprayed it on with a body shuts gun and it turned out great. I used the duplicoat sold at checkers. Ill see if i can get some picks on soon

Yeah, I took the seats out. Removed the shifter boots and seat belts and the trim around the bottom of the door. Then i sanded a bit but not to much. I really just roughed it up and cleaned up the dirt, after that i went over it with grease and wax remover, then I taped any thing with in six inches of where I wanted to spray. If you do it the best wa is probably to put down a layer then remove your tape in the first 20 minutes before the stuff sets up then retape and do it again.
In total it cost...
duplicolor bedliner one gallon $45
auto body shutz gun $24
greasr and wax remover $ 8
acetone $8 (make sure to cut the bed liner with acetone before you spray or it will foul the gun about 4 parts to 1 liner to acetone.)

I used Herculiner on my flatbed and on the floor in the cab. Two years and untold abuse later, it is looking good. We just Durabac'd my buddy's entire truck. Check it out in the Build's section under "Progress Check". 2.5 Gallons for the bed, under the bed, and the entire cab, door sills and all.

This is valuable info. I also run a naked floor. Well, I did piece together a full width mat from one meant for a full-size truck.
