im lookin at gettin some 35x12.5 Dunlop Mud Rovers.. i saw them at tirerack and they look like a good tire and are really cheap.. the reviews i read were also pretty good.. but my question is.. right now im runnin 31x10.5 Pro Comp A/Ts on my 91 Toyota that are sittin on some 15x8 wheels.. only mod i got now is i got my T-Bars cranked 2"..
question 1 - would the 35x12.5's fit on my 15x8 wheels without any problems?
question 2 - would a 3" body lift on top of my T-Bars cranked 2" fit the 35's without rubbing?

the tires will fit your rims fine, as far as the lift goes, i dunno, if youre doin mostly around town drivin maybe, but if your gonna hit the trails you wont have enough room,id throw on a 2'' body lift to clear those at least. I personallly would run a body lift because t-bars cranked that much will wear quickly.

I've heard they are good tires but you should also check the reviews. I hear they wear faster.

the tires will fit your wheels. with a 3" body lift and the torsion bars cranked 2" the 35s will probably not rub on the street, as for the trail this will depend on how much articulation your axles have. You may have to trim the fenders a little or alot. My 87 4runner had a 4" procomp and a 2" body with low profile bumpstops and no sway bar, trimmed fenders and my 35s still would rub the rear of the front fenders, but I had 8 or 9" of travel in my front. I heard these tires are a little small and will actually only be around 34" tall, that may help. another thing is gearing, if your axles are still stock you will see a huge difference with the 35s. As far as the wear that's anybodys guess. keeping your front end aligned and the proper are pressure and rotate your tires every 5000 miles will help a lot. personally I've put 40,000+ on a set of thornbirds and still had a 1/4" of tread. my last set of 33" radial mud tracs had 30,000+ and about 40% tread left when I sold them.
