Theres to many factors just to be able to say what a good pressure would be. Things like weight, rim size, tire size all have an influence on how much air. I have 33's on a 15x8 rim and I usually run around 20lbs/in. I usually rung around 13-15 offroad though. One way to figure how much is to drive around and get your tires warmed up. When you stop get out and try to feel the tires tread and see if you can feel an even temperature across the tire. The ideal pressure for the best wear is to have as much tread on the ground so you want an even temperaure distribution.

This response thanks to 4X4Fred
"The best way to check for proper press. is to get the tire hot(5-10 miles), check across the tread w/a temp. gun. If the centers hotter, lower the press. until it's even across. If the outer edges are hotter, lower the press. Another way is to find a nice new parking lot. Take white chalk, put a line across the tire & drive 100 yards. See where the chalk's worn off. Same theory as the temp. gun. The chalk will wear off where the press. is highest."
Good luck
