Where to get Hub Covers w/ removeable top for 4X4

Does anyone know where I can get 4.25" metal chrome hub covers with the removeable tops for access to the front 4X4 lockout hubs?
I saw a company named Gorilla made them for a while but discontinued them years ago, and I've tried all of the local truck and wheel shops, but had no luck.

Just an FYI, most places will need to know the exact product number of your rims if they are aftermarket. Also, I've never seen or heard of a center cap with a removable top. All I've ever seen are the open caps.
