Around were I am at(east NC) it is majority sandy boggs. All the off road wreckers run them. They seem to perform rather well. Self cleans real well, but the voids are not to deep on the. Good all around tire. Just my opion.

I just got some 33x12.50 claw radials on my truck. They are great, they do well at everything, and self clean great in mud. They make some road noise but I don't care. I would not get the bias ply claws, they get horrible tread life, but the radials get about the same as a bfg m/t I have heard.

When I went mudding last month arriving at the bogs I saw a chevy on 35's with Claws stuck with the tires looking like mud glazed dounts. They didn't seem to clean well at all. The mud around here is full of clay and very sticky though.

I agree with Sean. Here in Missouri "Mud Runs" are a big sport. High power full size trucks, running NOS and such.
I went to one Sat. night and there was a truck with claws there that had plenty of power and all the right setup, but didn't hardly make it into the pit, let alone through it. Again, his tires looked like doughnuts when they pulled him out.

I talked with the folks at Interco, and they recommended SS TSL's or TSL/SX's for toyotas. They claim that the Boggers are the best tire for mud but, not if you do not have the power to spin them well. The TSL design will clean it's self better on a lower power rig.
