I have a 96 Tacoma reg cab SX 4x4 w/ a 3" lift in the front and rear. Does anyone have any suggestions on what size tires I can fit w/ this lift setup? I am looking at buying 33x12.50-15 on 15x8 in. rims. Will these tires fit w/ a 3" lift in the front? I am mostly on the street and 10% of the time off-road so I am looking for suggestions on new tires as well.

They will rub and will even rub with a little bit of trimming. To completely clear 33's you need 5-6" of lift. Most people run 32's with 3" of lift.

To completely clear 33's you need 5"or6" of lift huh? I have 3" front and who know's how much in the rear and I have no prob clearing the 33's the problem your gonna have running a 12.5 width isn't lift it's gonna be lift it's the spacing to run 33 12.5 15 your gonna need at least 1" wheel spacers prob 2" my friend is running the same 33's that I am and he only has a 3/4 in b/l and very minor fender trimming and to give a suggestion on tires check out the superswamper ssr's or bfg mud or all terrains

Yes. You mean you have NEVER hit the pinch weld at full flex, or has it ever got there? With 35's and 6" I was tearing the crap out of my tires, so right now I am installing the FT 6" with OME 881's and keeping the 3" BL.
