1999 Tacoma Tires

Hello everyone I just bought a 1999 Tacoma 2.7 liter SR5 4x4 she’s all stock for the moment I just wanted to know with the stock drive train what size tires can I safely put on with out being overly hard on the stock components.

i have the same truck but a 2000 i was told that i shouldnt go any bigger than 1 31x10.5
