well I picked up some new tires for my yota after some research. Pep boys had them on sale, buy 3 get 1 mail in rebate. Dakota definity mud terrains. I checked some web sites and believe that bfg is making these tires, the tread pattern is almost exactly the same. Road wise theyre great, not too much noise, with no alignment done truck drives straighter than it used to. Wont be able to get it off road until my lift is done but so far so good. NOt bad at all for $423.

My buddy has been running 33 12/50 MT BFG's for at least 4 years(the same set) on his 97 Taco with very little wear and they definitely perform offroad and have shown only moderate wear using the truck as a daily driver. You can air them down off road and bend them over a rock or spin your way out of a deep mud hole without worrying about hurting them, then air them up and hit the highway.
