My dad just gave me his toyota for my first truck its a 97 tacoma 5 speed beige... perfect condition... i dont have any pictures of it right now but ill probably get some up on here... i have SOME money i want to spend on it and dont know what to get... i was wanting to get some black wheels but im not sure if thats what i should do... just wanting an opinion on what i should get wheel wise or if i should spend my money on something else...

Check it out, 3 inch suspension lift, 2 inch body lift, ARB's front and rear, LC header, 33 1250 mud terrains, detachable front/rear warn 8000lb winch. This is my buddy's ride. It can climb some CRAZY stuff, plus it can go 70mph down a deeply rutted road baja style with no problem. He jumped it with the entire truck in the air on an 45 degree incline going 30, that I did going 10mph. The best thing he has done to it so far is the lockers. It looks fairly stock but I wouldn't mess with it on the trail, lots of Heeps have tried and failed. You have an awesome base for a killer trail ride, good luck.   |

Well, if I had 'some' money to spend, I'd use it for something other than new rims. You already have rims, but do you have things like a winch, or lockers, which are more useful offroad ?

Winch would be my first purchase with some money, that or at least a rear locker. Aussies are only 240$ apiece, or put a 3in lift on it.
