i want to get a set of 33X12.50 bogers my rear end is welded up and it will be my daily driver i was just wondering how long they will hold up?

The boggers or the welded rear end?
Boggers are quite soft. Depending on your driving style and enviroment, they could last 25K easily or only 5K
Are you comfortable now driving around with the rear end welded?
Be ready for the rear to grab ALOT more on pavement with the stickier tires.

Boggers are not known for their life span to begin with.
