I want to know what is decent quality lift kit for the best price, i need it for a 94 sr5. I have the coil over not the leaf spring susp. I am looking for a 2-3 inch lift. I have heard about using blocks and cranking the torsion bars up front, if you know of any good kits or cheap tricks id appreciate it if you posted, thanks alot

The coilover suspension is'nt until the third generation toys. Yours is the IFS torsion bar. A lot of guys on here seem to have liked the price and quality of the pro comp kit of you are looking to buy new. If you want to spend the extra cash an Old Man Emu would be your best option for ride quality from what I have heard. You can lift the rear by doing a chevy spring swap which will give you 2-3"s of lift. This is a cheap way of doing a spring lift, using a spring that is long and soft and offers a decent ride. Some welding required. For the front if you are looking to do it on the cheap, look to pick up a used kit off this site's for sale section, or try Pirate4x4.com . Pirate is a usge board for hardcore rock crawlers, and solid axle swaps are the norm there. Because of this the site can be a great resource for used lifts from people who upgraded to the SAS.
