i can tell you that up here in canada the costs are around 2k. with shipping and lift cost on the net the cost is about $1200 us ( 1600ish canadian) so it is defineately cheaper off a computer, but i don't know how reliable, especially when it comes to warranty issues.

Don't forget any parts you order from state side, you will also get tagged for GST/PST(Lucky alberta bastards get out of that one) plus a brokerage fee. I was suprised the first time I ordered from All Pro and the UPS guys showed up wanting another 280 bucks from me.

my procomp stage 2 full, everything I need kit showed up today via ups. all told ( kit, shipping, handling, taxes, brokerage fee, etc.) it cost me $1750 CDN. The cheapest place I found it in canada was $2037 plus tax which equals $2180 so I saved over $400.

Man you guy's are getting screwed You said it. To get to the point I am now with SAS, rear spring conversion, e-locker and tires I am about 8 or 9 grand Canadian into it. I still need a front locker and a crawler set up. And that's doing the SAS myself.

well just a set of 4 firestone destination MT's (33x12.50) and some american racing baja rims (15x10) plus my lift cost me about $3550. I have a buddy who works at a garage and we're going to try to do as much as possible this weekend installing the kit. even if i need "major rear differential work" as the packing slip states, and we find a couple other problems when my baby is up on the hoist, i expect the total to be close to $4000 CDN. regardless though, what's $4000 when i plan on driving the truck until it is beaten down and can't move any further. A new vehicle sure as hell will cost me a lot more than that!!!!

I hope most of that money is the rims. My 37 MTR's only cost me 1300 mounted and balance and I got them from the local Fountain Tire. ;D

here's the breakdown ( all in canadian $ including tax = out of my pocket price). tires were $888.00 for 4. rims and center caps and lugnuts( 5 plus 1 tamper-proof on each corner) were $912 for 4. plus the aforementioned $1750 for the kit. i spent a lot of time pricing these out in alberta and believe it or not, this is a pretty good price.

BTW my neighbour owns a gas station/tire store, so I got 4 tires mounted and balanced for $55 CDN.

Sorry man, I missed the plus the lift kit part and thought you spent over 3 grand on rims and tires. 888 for a set of 33's all taxes in is a good price. I paid more for my 31's.
