Ive just installed a 3" body lift on my 88toyota pickup and i have no idea how to exetend my shifter and transfercase selecter. i dont really get on what the instructions say because they are for the exact vehicle, more or less just a general discription. any help would be apriciated. thanks

88 Pickup
3" Body Lift
3" spacers under the leafs in rear
Swaped to 22R
2 1/2" Smoke Stack
Hedmen Header
New Cam
Waiting for 4" suspension lift (need funds)
Also a Weber Carb
