really, i like it but im going to be using a HD skid plate under the entire drivetrain so you wont see it anyway. im basicly interested in its strength compared to the other lifts out there trailmaster, tuffcountry, procomp

I am running the Fabtech 6 on my '96 and it is holding up very well. Compared to the Trailmaster, it is way stronger because it comes with new knuckles and doesn't use that cheasy 2nd strut. The Tuff Country is also a very good lift if you just want to go 5 inches. As far as stacking the Sway a Ways on the FT, you will need to get the Trailmaster 6" spacer for it to work, but it can be done. I would also say to stick with 35's unless you like to rub your tires. With 11 inches of lift I can still make my 35's rub.

I'm getting geared up to do the 6" Fabtech on my '98 Z71, that and a 2" body lift, have most of the stuff here already, just waiting on someone with the "know how" to come over and help me so I don't mess it up with the IFS crap...Hopefully it'll turn out alright but who knows?! All I have lifted is about 7 TJ Wranglers and that's nothing compared to a full size pickup, lol Ryan OIIIO
