I want to put a 4" supension lift on my truck because i also have a 2 inch body i already have and need to put on it. Im only 17 and dont have tons of money, and i was wondering whats the cheapest lift out there. I have a 1983 jeep thats has more toys on it than i can write down in this page and it is a lot cheaper to do stuff to that. Mine has IFS and i guess i was just wondering what is the cheapest lift i could get thanks zack

The cheapest route is to look for a used lift for sale on a site like this one or another popular toyota board like Pirate4x4. Loads of people are going SAS and end up dumping there lifts for cheap.

don't want to be the bad guy, but, I will anyway. 6'' total lift to achieve what? if you are trying to clear 35's or 36's you are just pushing the threshold of the drivetrain itself. saving a few hundred $$$ on the lift isn't going to build you a monster truck. There is a method to the madness of building up a truck(within reason), What's your big picture here? the j**p? well, yeah, parts are cheap because you need soooooo many. I'd wheel a stock IFS toy against most anything, or should I say "with". just be carefull with "used" lifts. think of it this way.... why are they selling it? because, it's not good enough for what they want to do.

id put the 2in body on and maybe a little body trimming and you could fit 33s on it and it would keep your center of gravity down

i agree with forgotten, minimal lift with trimming is a far better way to go than spending huge dollars on a used lift... take the extra cash from not buying a huge lift and buy a quality set of 33's
