I dont realy like body lifts but i have come to the conclusion that iam a poor white kid who bags grocerys so iam going to have to get lift on a budget. when i bought my truck i did not know to much about toyotas or wheeling but i learned fast and by doing so i found out that i did not want to get a IFS liift because i have an 1987 the worst year if you ask me so then i realy wanted a solid front end but cant afford a kit or the know how to do it from scratch so i was wondering how bad a one inch body lift would look can you tell you have a body lift does it look real bad or does the truck just look a tid bit taller i would also like to get one inch lift shackles one inch t-bar crank and my aussie locker in the rear how does that sound.

A rear locker and the 31's would be good start. 1'' or 2'' body lift would give a little room for articulation. Keep working hard. It pays off. Good luck Stew

A 1" or even 2" BL doesn't look bad, but a 3" kinda stands out and screams BL.
Some ball joint spacers are a better option than cranking the t-bars, if you can swing the $.
The locker is an excellent idea.

If I could go back 2yrs..... Locker would've been first w/31's then lift, then 33's or better..... Next time....... Stew

my front bumper was already modified due to a tree and anger... i dont have the side pieces to my bumper... i left the rear bumper as is... the kit came with parts to lift the rear bumper but i didnt do it... you can barely notice it... someone passing by couldnt tell the difference...
