Sounds like like a fair price, but I've never had much luck with Pro Comp. They always seem to be too stiff. Could check out Marlin and All Pro too.
BTW nice rig, but then it's a TOY, it's gonna be nice even if it's totally mangled.

Most of the mass produced lift kits like the Pro Comp, Rancho, etc, etc, usually give a stiff ride, and poor flex.
Springs from All Pro, Marlin, Trail Gear, and other Toyota specialists are engineered to give a good ride and flex, and they cost a little more but are worth it.

so all i need is those marlin springs to lift my truck? The front springs are 1.5" longer than stock and will bolt right up, but it will increase the angle on the shackle some. Or if you get the front hanger to go with them it will move the front axle forward 1.5" instead. This will give you better firewall clearance.
The rear springs are about 8"-9" longer than stock and will require a new spring hangers. The hangers will need be 6" forward of the stock ones and the rear shackle mounts will need to be cut off and moved back 1.5"-2.5"(depending on desired shackle angle). Marlin sells rear shackle hangers for $35 if needed.
When measuring the position of of the hangers, measure along the frame from the center of the stock spring mount to the center of the new mount. Front Spring Hanger $85 (optional) Rear Spring Hangers $45 or Sloped Rear Spring Hangers $30 Front Springs $249 Marlin ($269 All Pro**) Rear Springs $299 Marlin ($339 All Pro) Shocks $25-$$$ 4" Drop Drag Link $80
**All Pro also has stock length front front springs for the same price.
