all you need to do is put the steering linkage lengthener in and put the blocks under the clip, cab and bed. its pretty straight forward if you can turn a wrench. i have a 3 in body lift and love it. it makes working on the rest of the truck a little eaiser getting to the bolts.

If it were only that simple.
You also have to relocate the radiator, lengthen/reposition the fuel filler hose, extend engine ground wires, reposition brake hard lines.
If you have an auto trans the shifter linkage will have to be modified, for a manual the shifters will have to be lengthened or the tunnel holes enlarged.
You also have to make sure the hose to the clutch slave cylinder isn't pulled too tight, same for e-brake and speedo cables.

it isnt as hard as it sounds. i left my radiator and hose alone, only had one ground wire problem. for the shifters on the 5spd anyways you have to unbolt them and weld 3in bar (included in the performance accessories kit) and it might take a few tries to get the shifter boot to line up right. i never had any problems with cables or brake lines being to short, i have the 3in on my 90 extra cab, me and my buddy put it on my truck a month after i got my truck and it took 3 hours. its definetly worth it. it just depends if you have any skills or not.

its not bad at all..Ive done tons of'em on yota's and chevy's..Mine was rusted as crap and it only took about 3 hours..I relocated the battery cable in another bolt hole in the block..It worked perfect..As far as the gas hose..Mine was fine stock..You dont have to lengthen the slave cylinder either, that damn thing has plenty of bends that can be straightened to flex..I never moved my radiator either..It works just fine and never over heats..I didnt even put the shroud back on it to be honest with you...I drive it everyday like I stole it too...
