I need to know what is the best kind of body lift to put on a 2006 toyota tacoma 4wd trd sport? also it comes with 17inch rims and i was wanting to put 17's back on but how wide rim? what widthtire and how tall will fit

Not sure on what brand is the best, id just look for the most complete kit I could find (radiator relocation brackets, shifter linkage, radiator hoses, bumper relocation brackets, ect). But of course all that depends on how big the BL is, manual or auto, ect. As far as how wide of a rim that is going to depend on how wide your tire is.... and the tire size will depend of how big of a body lift you are using.... I believe a good guideline is dont go over 3in, and if it were me id stay smaller than that.... Have fun, and when puting it on make sure you are pulling any wires or hoses too tight in the process, and check ground wires and hoses after its on to make sure they are not pulled tight.

the vihicle is an automatic and i would like to see at least 12in wide tires. but have never bought any kinds of lift and it will be put on by pros.

I think you'll find the only BL available for your auto equipped truck would be from Roger Brown (4crawler.com). He is the only one that has the shift linkage adapter you need. His stuf is good, and so is the service.
With a 33 x 12.50 tire you may have some rubbing issues, even with a 3" BL.
