96 2wd Tacoma life question

So ive got a 96 tacoma 3.4 v6 2wd and it sits pretty low. So Ive been thinking about getting either a suspension or body lift of about 2.5 to 3 inches and some larger tires. I was wondering what would you all recommend for me?

btw my budget is around 6-7 hundred
