Increase your post count with inane posts, that's how most of the people do it.
It's a case of quantity vs quality.

0-49 posts = New
50-99 posts = Junior
100-249 posts = Full
250+ posts = Senior
TOR Senior = Are members that posted and helped other members out a lot before the new site design. Mike manully made them TOR member so they they didn't lose their member status. This being the reason they don't have any stars, but still have good advice and information to give out.
Global Moderator = Simular to TOR Seniors, but are members that Mike asked to help him with moderating the posts on the site.
Administrator = Well that would be Mike. The one and only captain and designer of this ship of fools. So make sure you're nice to him or you'll find yourself walking the plank. LOL ;D
