no one have anything they want to talk about? To get things started anyone have a question they need to ask? Some of us that look will reply i'm sure. So how many find that your regular cab toy does not see to have enough room for your your little junk. Things like my flash light, safety glasses, and one or two cds and ice scraper have not found an easy to get to out of the way home in my toy I got a few weks ago. There is not to many little places to put them out of the way. Any idea other than the glove box on keeping some of this. My flash light strap hangs around the dog leg and screwed a cup holder down between the shifter/dogleg and the seat to keep my glass of tea in (32oz cup took with me most places). Any idea on what to do with the other things than them finding thier way to the bottom of the glove box when you need that scraper every few days. I hate this stuff laying on the seat of my truck. My glasses will not hang on the mirrior like in my last truck.

Yes either get a locking toolbox or make one. I made one for my 82 because i could not buy one due to my homemade box. But it opens up a pile of space inside your truck. You would be really surprised at how handy a toolbox can be. Then you have room for your things that need to be kept in the cab in the cab like your jackets and stuff like that that you really dont want to get wet at all. Without the toolbox I always wished I had an extended cab but with it im very happy with my standard cab.

I am working on making one for my truck. If it don't turn out like i want i will buy one that just sets/bolts to my bed since i do not know if i will keep the regular bed or make my own flat bed.
