84 to 85 crome grill?

hey i found a 1984 truck with a buick 3.8L engine and tranny, he will throw in a spare set of 35"s but they are 4 16" rims, is that ok?

Heres his discription and a pic:

I am sellen an 84 toyota extra cab..Its got a 4 in lift, sitten on 33's with nice enkie wheels. its 4x4, Nice dark blue paint, Very nice entior, It has a 3.8 ltr Buick
V6 in it, with all crome add ons, 4 bl 650 holley or edelbrock, Cant remember off the top of my head,
It has a new tranny, I have a set of new 35x12x16 procomp terraians to go with it, Just need 16in wheels.
Its a great truck runs good.



anywho, can i switch to a crome grill, or send it out to a chromer?

Patience Grasshopper.... leave it black. No chrome anywhere else, why would you do it on the grille?

If you really want to, just go to a junker and get a replacement. Chromer will cost you a bundle.

Chrome grills should be plentiful at a junk yard.
If you were near me I'd trade you my chrome grill and bumper for your black ones.

650 cc is way too much carb for a 3.8, unless it is seriously built (and I mean for performance, adding chrome crap means nothing).

I have nothing against chome, BUT, I think the black grill would look better on it. But everyone has their own opinion.....even if it does suck. Not to say my opinion suck, or yours. I guess it's all up to what you like. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
