I'll try to dig up a pic or two of this. Basically you cut the rear frame right at the rear of the cab and fab a tube frame for the rear. You need to be pretty good at fabbing and welding to do this. Just want to make sure everything is done right so your rear end doesn't fall off on the road. The design is up to you and what you need.
Do you have insurance and will they total the truck?

What part of the rear frame is shot? How far back from the cab? You might be able to cut the frame far enough back that you don't have to lose the part where your frame attaches to your leaf springs. If you do fab your own rear tube, you can go with either leaf springs (easiest) or switch to coil springs which would require a 4 link setup and quite a bit more planning. Here is one of the longest threads on favorite toyotas. THere are a lot of tube creations which might give you some ideas. www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=4af07f30465b98356ab95b655e8543a7&threadid=144215&highlight=tube+frame

frame is shot in front of the front spring mount Im not at fault, so their insurance will cover, im not sure yet, but im pretty sure they will total it... Its bent about halfway between cab and rear I am considering getting some square steel just small enough to fit in frame and basically make a new rear frame
