I was watching on of the Back to the Future movies the other day, and the truck that Micheal J Fox drives is a toyota, I think it's an 85, but I thought that it was cool. My question is, does anyone know if it's the type of truck that belongs in this post area or the 86-95 truck area?

i havent seen the movie in a while but i think it had wing windows right? so then it would be an 84

Herm, I dont think Wing windows mean it is specifically an 84... My yota is a 85 and has the wing windows... Dont know if i just have an odd ball truck or not, but I believe they came on it stock considering they are the original doors... just my 2cp

The movie came out in 85, and the truck was an 85. I'm pretty sure you get a look at the EFI symbol in one of the movies, and EFI is only available with the soild front in 85.

Yes the truck is an 85. In the first movie you can clearly see the solid front axel and the EFI symbol.
Have you seen the last movie? it's pretty cool what he does with his truck at the end.
